I acknowledge that use of the community pool is at my own risk. By checking this box and submitting my reservation, I agree that I and all members of my household and guests will follow all posted pool rules and safety guidelines.

I understand that swimming and use of pool facilities involve inherent risks of injury, illness, or death, including but not limited to slips, falls, drowning, and other accidents. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

I agree that I am responsible for the conduct and safety of myself, my household members, and any guests attending during my reservation time. I further agree to supervise all children and ensure that all participants use the pool in a safe and responsible manner.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and hold harmless the property owner, homeowners association, management, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the use of the pool or pool facilities.

I understand that failure to follow pool rules may result in cancellation of my reservation and suspension of pool privileges.
