·         Call to order – Meeting called to order @ 8:18 pm

·         Roll Call – Ellyn, Pandita, Shannon, Randy, Jason, Stephanie

·         August meeting notes to be approved in October.

·         Presidents Report – Ellyn

o   Let’s stay open on July 4th now on until midnight.  Weather permitting

o   Let’s stay open 2 weeks past Labor Day from now on.  Good selling point.  Also, will not be all days.  Again, weather permitting

·         VP Report

o   NSTR.

o   Frank to take a look at WIFI

·         Treasurer Report –

o   Checking $43200.00 Savings $73,200.00

o   Working on Diving Board Warrant issue

o   Jason/AJ working Self Latching Gate issue for Insurance Company

·         Membership:

o   Ellyn will get with Seabolts so we don’t have to do registered mail.

o   Still some fees to collect.  Pandita sent Ellyn list and she will email them.

o   137 Members; 13 memberships available

·         Maintenance

o   Diving board cracked.  Jason to look into warranty on it, as it is less than a year old.

·         Guard Update (Quinn):

-LG Phone Tree for next year…who to call when for what

·          Events: 

o   Last event of season, Doggie Day Out on 14 September from 11-3pm
