o   Call to order – Meeting called to order @ 7:16 pm via Zoom

o   Roll Call Frank, AJ, Randy, Ellyn, Stephanie

o   Approval of minutes from last meeting –

o   Presidents Report – Ellyn

o   Opening Day set 25 May, 2024

o   Annual Cleanup – tentatively end of April 27-28 May Noon -3pm

o   Pool Uncovering tentatively fist week of May, most likely a weekday

o   Guard training 17-19 May

o   Back Flow test/certification 10 days to two weeks before opening

o   VP Report

o   Treasurer Report –

o   Will start putting together 2024 budget

o   Membership:

o   Invoice date to be set

o   Maintenance (Randy/AJ)

o   Skimmer repair – AJ will firm up with Millennial
