Steps to Join as a Full Member

  1.  Fill out the Full Member Application Form here:  ORSC New Full Membership Application Form

  2.  Fill out the Medical & Emergency Contact Form here:  ORSC Medical Form

  3.  Choose a Payment Option:

a)  By check, you can mail a check to the following address:

12803 Dusty Willow Rd, Manassas VA 20112

b)  Deliver In Person: The quickest method of delivery is to drop your check off in our mailbox (the large one to the right of the driveway as you enter the parking lot for the pool)

c)  Pay online here:  https://www.theorsc.com/payments.  Choose the option “New Member Online Payment”  (Please note that online payments include the convenience fee charged by PayPal in the payment amount)

  4.  Let us know how you will be sending payment so we can watch for that to arrive by emailing us here:

Once your application is submitted, you should expect the following:

1. An email confirming receipt from our membership coordinator.  Please be patient with us as we are run by volunteers and it may take a day or so to respond.

2. Once payment and all documents are confirmed received, your family’s membership will be updated in our check-in system and our email list.

3. Your family’s membership cards will be created and held at the check in desk for you to pick up on your first visit.  If you are signing up after being a Seasonal Member, we will check with you to see if you require replacement cards before printing new ones!
