Limited number of New Memberships Available

The number of Memberships available this year are much lower than in previous seasons.  If you are a past Seasonal member wishing to join the pool as a Full Member this year, we encourage you to sign up quickly.  As of July 1st, there are 5 available memberships.

 

Invoice Details

2025 invoices include any applicable late fees, as well as charges for Guest Passes used beyond the 10 complimentary passes included with each membership per season.

If any part of your invoice is incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible so we can get it corrected for you.

 

Due Date & Late Fees

This year, the due date for all fees is April 30th.  The late fee penalty is $50.00 and will be charged to all accounts for payments received after April 30th.  On May 30th, in addition to the $50 late fee, any unpaid memberships will automatically go into INACTIVE status for the 2025 season.

 

INACTIVE Status for 2025

If you choose to move to an INACTIVE pool membership, you must notify us by April 30th of your intent and pay the $100 inactive fee in order to avoid accumulating any late fees.  The $100 inactive fee is in lieu of the $450 membership fee and will allow you to renew your pool membership the following season.

On May 15th, INACTIVE accounts will be removed from the pool roster and those spots will be opened up to our Seasonal wait list.  Once this happens, we cannot guarantee your membership spot will still be available for Full membership for the current season.

Seasonal Memberships for 2025

For our 2025 Season, we will offer Seasonal Memberships. Due to the limited number of full memberships, we are ensuring that anyone wishing to join as full members are accommodated first.

If needed, a waitlist will be implemented we will contact you in the order that you are registered IF Seasonal Memberships become available. If you wish to join as a new member, please see our New Membership registration and payment section for purchase and sign up.
